What it means

The CLI could not read or write its local files.

Common causes

• A file is damaged, has unsafe permissions, or is locked by another capxul command.

Fix it

1. Read the message: it names the file and the repair.
2. Check the CLI setup with capxul doctor.

In JSON and the SDK

With --json, the CLI prints:

Only the CLI answers with this code. The SDK never returns it. Branch on the code, not on the message: the message is written for people and can change.
