What it means

The Organization's account holds less than this collection pays.

Common causes

• The Organization has not added enough money to pay what has been released.

Fix it

1. The released pay stays owed; nothing is lost.
2. Ask the Organization to add money, then collect again: capxul agreement collect <agreement>.

In JSON and the SDK

With --json, the CLI prints:
