RATE_LIMITED

Too many requests arrived in a short time.

What it means

Too many requests arrived in a short time.

Common causes

  • You, or your app, sent requests faster than the limit.

Fix it

  1. Wait, then try again. details.retryAfterMs says how long, when it is known.

In JSON and the SDK

With --json, the CLI prints:

In the SDK, a failed result has result.error.code === "RATE_LIMITED". Branch on the code, not on the message: the message is written for people and can change.

Commands that can answer with it

TRANSACTION_FAILED

The transaction did not complete on chain.

NETWORK_ERROR

The request did not reach Capxul, or the answer did not come back.
